- All participating teams to be present for the inauguration ceremony
- Only bonafide school students should participate. Schools are liable to be disqualified if proved other wise
- All students, participants or otherwise, should be in uniform
- Children should also carry their school identity cards
- All schools should nominate their schools representatives to interact with TTIS on all matters
- Reduction, Addition & Substitution from midway will lead to negative marking of the school
- Any Misbehavior by a participant will lead to the school’s disqualification
- The decision of the judges shall be final
- No obscenity and vulgarity will be entertained
- Mobile phones should be switched off or on silent
- Fire producing objects and laser torches not allowed
- Students should register themselves at the registration desk one hour before the event during both the preliminaries and finals
- Unauthorized personnel will not be allowed at the backstage
- All CDs should be properly cued as we are not responsible for skipping. Label the CDs correctly with track nos.
- Only our technical personals will handle all equipments.
- Smoking in the premises of the Venue is strictly prohibited and any student found guilty, his school would be disqualified on spot
- Participants are responsible for their own belongings
- Right of admission reserved
- All basic stationeries/props/costumes should be carried by the participants
- All instruments required during the fest to be carried by the participating schools
- Organizers reserves the right to modify the rules & regulation
- Participants to use the assigned green rooms for changing and make up
- The Judges can stop the contestant at any time within the performance if they arrive at the position to judge
- Taking extra time for tuning/setting props on stage would lead to negative marking
- Missing the given slot number will encourage negative marking |

| The Judges’ decision would be final for any contest. If at any point of time the Judges feel that they have arrived into a decision, they could stop the performer. |
